This roundtable discussion focused on strategies to balance academics, research, and clinical duties in addition to service and familial responsibilities as a PIT living with disabilities and chronic illnesses. Strategies emphasized self-care techniques such as mindfulness and meditation. Presented to National Multicultural Conference and Summit in Portland, OR.
